Thanksgiving at Superfine

Let Chef Steve from Superfine handle your Thanksgiving dinner prep! He’ll make all your sides and provide a best practices checklist for roasting a Mary's organic turkey. Dina has also curated a selection of wines that pair perfectly with your Thanksgiving meal.

Thanksgiving Menu
All items are refrigerated, with simple reheating instructions for the sides. The turkey comes uncooked, complete with roasting instructions from Chef Steve.

  • Whole 12-14lb Mary's organic turkey (serves 4-6)

  • Chestnut, porcini, and sage stuffing

  • Cranberry blood orange sauce

  • Candied yams

  • Parmesan mashed potatoes

  • Marsala gravy

  • Roasted brussels sprouts with ginger and persimmon

  • Pumpkin bread pudding with dulce de leche sauce
