Please join Chef Steve Samson in an informational demo on how to roll pasta ‘al mattarello’. After the demo, each of you will get a small sheet of pasta with which you can either cut pasta or fill/fold certain shapes of stuffed pasta. You can take this single serving of pasta home with you along with some hot tips from Chef Steve on how to cook them.

To keep the class more intimate, there will be a minimum of 6 attendees and a maximum of 18 attendees.
Class begins at 11AM and ends around Noon. If you stay for brunch after the class, you can get a 10% discount on brunch.
